Golden Hour Magic Senior Session | Lauren

There are sessions where everything aligns so perfectly that you almost can’t believe your luck—and Lauren’s sunset session was exactly that. From the moment we started shooting, the golden hour light was absolutely on our side. This created the dreamiest glow that brought every photo to life.

Lauren showed up in the most perfect outfit, crisp white jeans and a delicate blue-and-white printed top. It was so effortlessly chic. This along with her gorgeous floral and stunning green dress were all the vibes we were looking for. I always encourage my seniors to wear something that feels like them and complements our locations, and Lauren truly nailed it. Her look gave such a fresh, downtown energy that worked beautifully against the light stone walls and charming architecture surrounding us.

What made this session extra special was Lauren’s natural ease in front of the camera. She radiated confidence and happiness, which made capturing authentic moments effortless. Her genuine smile, playful energy, and sweet spirit translated into every frame. It’s sessions like these that remind me why I love photographing seniors so much—getting to freeze this exciting, transitional moment in their lives in such a joyful and personal way.

One thing I’ll never stop recommending? White jeans for a downtown shoot! They reflect the sunlight so well and create such a bright, clean look on camera. Paired with Lauren’s soft curls, simple accessories, and gorgeous lighting, everything came together in the most perfect way.
