The art of being in the moment
The best photos are the ones that capture real smiles, spontaneous laughter, and raw emotion. Sometimes it can feel intimidating to think you have to create those moments on the spot during your special day but thats not what I do. I want your wedding day to be about you two not the photos. The photos I take should be about the wedding day not just spending the day taking photos. As your photographer and friend, I'll take care of the details like choosing the location with the best lighting, or prompting you in a way that lets you just be.
At the core of my philosophy is the belief that every story is unique, everyday is different and not everything will be perfect. To be a documentary wedding photographer requires me to attentive and a visual storyteller. Imperfections are embraced as they finish a narrative. Think of a movie: Something has to happen that sparks creating a solution. It makes that story complete. You can't have cinderella without her losing her shoe.
Finding my artistic touch has taken me years in this industry to fully understand and create. I love experimenting with different prompts, flash and film. The only request I have from you is that you allow yourself to fully trust in my creative eye and that you allow me to capture your special day as it unfolds in front of me. Allow me to preserve something worth reliving.

Brittany Sue photography LLC did such a great job preparing me for my wedding day! She helped me understand what was important, what I should focus on, and made me feel confident going into the day.
She also helped capture fantastic moments leading up to the wedding. From our proposal, engagement shoot, night before - Britt did a great job making every moment behind the camera a fun one. She made us feel comfortable (we are NOT models LOL) and we were able to be ourselves & get great photos. We laughed so much, had so much fun, and the photos look exactly like that.
Once we focused on the wedding, she had templates together and ideas from what colors she has seen in the past, what photographed well during the time of day, when to do sunset photos based on the time the sun was supposed to set, I could go on and on. I felt so confident leading into the day which was such a relief.
She also was an absolute BLAST during the wedding. She kept things light, read the room, understood when to get down to business and understood when to just have fun.
Not to mention, her photos were OUTSTANDING!!! They are hanging up all over my house because of how beautiful they are and how she captured every moment of the day. I cannot recommend her enough - from her professionalism to personality, she is 100% worth it and I could not be more pleased with our decision.
