That’s exactly what I felt while photographing Payton, Abby, and Nadia, three incredible graduates from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. I made the trip to Madison for this shoot, and let me tell you, it was an unforgettable day. Being on campus with these three friends was such a joy as they celebrated the milestone of completing their college journey together.
The day was absolutely beautiful, the perfect backdrop to commemorate this momentous occasion. We started on the UW-Madison campus, a place filled with memories and significance for these graduates. As we walked through familiar spots, you could feel the pride and excitement in the air—this wasn’t just about graduation but about celebrating the journey that brought them here.
After spending some time on campus, we headed over to the iconic Wisconsin State Capitol. It was the perfect setting to capture the essence of Madison, the city that shaped their college years. Standing there, in a place so deeply tied to their experience, the photos truly told the story of where they’ve been and where they’re headed.
